Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said Monday that President Trump could find himself in hot water if Amazon chief Jeff Bezos’ allegations against National Enquirer publisher American Media Inc. results in the media company’s immunity agreement in the Michael Cohen case being struck down.
The Daily Beast reported this weekend that Bezos’ mistress’s brother Michael Sanchez—who also happens to be a Trump superfan—was allegedly the person who leaked Bezos’ racy texts to the Enquirer. Sanchez, of course, denied that. And so Fox Business Network host Stuart Varney asked Napolitano, in light of a federal probe of the Bezos scandal, “Where does the media think the leak came from?”
“The White House,” the judge answered, adding that Trump has an infamously close relationship with AMI CEO David Pecker.
